What personal information Add A Guest Post collects, how it is used, who processes it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated October 10, 2026. This policy covers addaguestpost.com, including GuestWire at addaguestpost.com/newsroom and the Get Featured on AllHipHop page. It describes what the site actually collects and does with it.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you place an order, request a quote, submit a press release, or apply for a feature, we collect your name, email address, company or artist name, billing name, billing email and billing address if you give one, and the links you submit: your article or write-up, images, music, and website.
We also keep the order record that comes from it: what you bought, the price, the invoice number, and whether it has been paid, published, and delivered. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
To create and email your invoice, review and publish your content, send you the published link, and contact you about your order. We may also email you about future placements. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe you are permanently excluded from those sends.
Payments
Payments are made through PayPal. You pay on PayPal's site, and we never receive or store your card or bank details. PayPal's own privacy policy covers the payment itself.
Who processes your information
The site is hosted by Vercel. Order and contact records are stored in a Neon Postgres database. Invoice and order emails are sent through Resend. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
Content you submit for publication, including your name, photo, write-up and links, is published on AllHipHop.com or on this site, where it is public.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not run third-party advertising. The order form stores small items in your browser, such as a deal code you entered, so they survive a page reload.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages people read, and see which products people choose and whether they reach payment. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kay@addaguestpost.com. Published articles are removed under the terms of the order they were bought with. Invoice and payment records may be kept as long as needed for accounting.
