Terms of Service
The terms that apply to sponsored placements, guest posts, press releases and features bought through Add A Guest Post.
Last updated October 10, 2026. By submitting content, purchasing a placement or feature, or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
AllHipHop provides promotional publishing services in the form of sponsored articles, guest posts, press releases and paid features. The client supplies all article content, links, images, and claims. AllHipHop provides the publishing platform and placement. Publication does not constitute endorsement of any product, service, or claim made in the article.
2. Content responsibility
You confirm that you have the legal right to publish the content, that it does not infringe copyright or trademarks, that it does not contain false or misleading claims, and that it complies with applicable advertising laws. You are fully responsible for the content you submit.
3. Links
Guest posts may include up to three outbound links. Links must be submitted with the article, cannot be changed after publication, and cannot be cloaked, malicious, or deceptive. AllHipHop may remove links that create legal, reputational, or SEO risk.
4. Editorial rights
AllHipHop reserves the right to reject submitted content, edit headlines or formatting, and determine where an article is placed on the website. We do not accept political content or political commentary of any kind.
5. Paid content is disclosed
Placements and features are paid promotional content and are labeled as such where required. Features sold on the Get Featured page are paid promotional features, and placements are subject to availability and review.
6. Payment
Payment is due on receipt of the invoice and is made through PayPal. Work begins once payment is confirmed. Where a pay-after-publication arrangement has been agreed in writing, payment must be completed within 24 hours to 3 days after the article is approved or scheduled. If payment is not received in that time, the article may be moved to draft, removed, and the order canceled.
7. Publishing timeline
Guest posts and press releases are typically published within 24 to 48 hours after payment and content approval. Features and city lists publish on the schedule stated on the page you bought from.
8. Permanence
Guest posts and Get Featured features (group listicles and personal features) are permanent posts, and 30-day press release features stay live for their stated term. AllHipHop may remove content if payment is reversed or disputed, legal complaints are received, the content violates these terms, or the order becomes unpaid.
9. No performance guarantees
AllHipHop makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, indexing, traffic levels, backlink value, or marketing performance.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllHipHop and its affiliates from any legal claims or damages arising from the content you submit.
