Skip the pitching cycle. Submit and publish in 48 hours. Here's the exact process from "I want a feature" to "my article is live and indexed."
What You Need
- An article (Google Doc, plain text, or pasted in the form). 800–1,500 words.
- A high-resolution image. Album art, press photo, or product shot.
- Up to 3 URLs you want to link to as do-follow anchors.
- $100–$200 depending on your category.
Step-by-Step
- Go to /onboard and pick your category.
- Paste or link your article. Add the headline and body. Set anchor text on your 3 links.
- Upload your image. Or link to one. We need at least one for the article header.
- Submit billing info. Pay via PayPal invoice that lands in your email.
- Wait 24–48 hours. We review for fit, edit minor formatting if needed, and publish.
- Get the live URL. We email it once it's live. Share it, link to it, drop it in your bio.
What Happens Behind the Scenes
Once you submit, our team checks for fit (no banned content), copyedits for clarity, and pushes to AllHipHop.com. Music releases land in /Music; everything else lands in /Uncategorized. Google typically indexes within 24–48 hours of publish.
Refund policy: if we can't publish your article (banned content, etc.), you get a full refund. If we publish and you're not satisfied with the result, we'll work on minor edits.
The 48-Hour Timeline, Hour by Hour
- Hour 0: You submit your article and pay through the onboarding form. PayPal confirmation is your receipt.
- Hours 1 to 12: Editorial review. We check category fit, link count, and content quality. If something needs a fix, you hear back the same day.
- Hours 12 to 48: The article is scheduled and published. You receive the live URL by email.
- Hours 24 to 72: Google indexes the page. AllHipHop is crawled constantly and is in Google News, so indexing is fast without you doing anything.
What Speeds Publishing Up
- Send finished, formatted content. A clean draft with headline, body, and your 1 to 3 links marked goes straight through review.
- Get the category right. Music needs an active release. CBD, casino, finance, and brand stories run as general features. Mislabeled submissions bounce back for clarification.
- Have your images ready. One strong horizontal image beats a folder of logos.
What Slows Publishing Down
- Content that needs editorial rework to read like a feature instead of an ad.
- Link targets that need compliance review, common in casino and CBD.
- Missing payment. The queue starts at payment, not at submission.
Same-Day Needs
If you have a hard deadline, like a release dropping tomorrow, say so in your submission notes. Time-sensitive news can also run as a $50 press release on the Google News feed, which is the fastest format we offer, live for 30 days.
