Submitting an article to AllHipHop takes about 10 minutes. Here's the exact process — what to prepare, what each form field needs, and how to avoid the rejection-triggering mistakes.
Before You Submit: Checklist
- Article ready: 800–1,500 words. Original content. Not a press release.
- One high-resolution image (album art, press shot, or product shot).
- Up to 3 URLs you want to link to with the anchor text you want.
- Billing info: name, email, payment method (PayPal).
- Category in mind: Music, General, Cannabis, Finance, Tech/SaaS, Gaming, or Casino.
The 5 Onboarding Steps
Step 1 — Pick Category
Choose your category. Pricing is set automatically: $100 (Music/General), $150 (niche), $200 (Casino).
Step 2 — Submit Content
Paste your article or link to a Google Doc. Add the headline, slug, and meta description. Set anchor text for your 3 links.
Step 3 — Add Optional Bumps
Optional add-ons: featured homepage placement, newsletter inclusion, expedited turnaround. Skip if not needed.
Step 4 — Billing
Enter billing name, email, and address. Optional: include AllHipHop's business address on your invoice for accounting purposes.
Step 5 — Agree & Submit
Review the placement guidelines, agree, and submit. PayPal invoice arrives in your email.
Common Mistakes That Slow Things Down
- Press release format (we publish editorial, not press releases).
- No image (we need one for the header).
- Affiliate links in the 3 link slots without disclosure.
- Banned content (political, adult, pharmaceutical claims).
- Stuffed exact-match anchors on every link.
