Livable Launches WordPress Products To Help Thousands Of Local Contractors Win More Jobs

Livable, at livableforms.com, has launched a suite of fifteen WordPress plugins built for local contractors: roofers, remodelers, painters, plumbers and the rest of the trades that live and die on the next phone call.

The suite starts free. Livable Forms, the foundation plugin, captures job details from a contractor's own website at no cost. From there, contractors add what their business needs: AI powered estimating that prices a job while the homeowner is still on the page, a CRM that keeps every lead in one place, review collection, live chat, an AI sales rep that returns missed calls, careers pages, and a set of SEO and local visibility tools that help the business get found in its own service area.

The thinking behind the suite is blunt: contractors do not want plugins, they want more profitable jobs, fewer junk leads, faster estimates and fewer missed calls, without renting their own customer list back from a lead platform. Every lead captured by a Livable plugin belongs to the contractor, stored on the contractor's own website.

The plugins work together over a shared workflow, so a lead captured by the forms plugin flows into the CRM, through the estimate, and out to the review request without copying and pasting, but each one also runs on its own.

"Contractors don't lose jobs because their work is bad. They lose jobs because the estimate took four days and somebody else answered first," said Kay Ali, founder of Livable. "Every one of these plugins exists to close that gap, and the lead stays on the contractor's own website instead of being rented back to them by a lead platform."
